Welcome to 2008

I can't believe how long it's been since I last updated! Well, the last few months in short. We finally settled into our new house but we're still having problems with the heating and some other little bits. My dad recovered from his operations but still has complications and has to go back in in another 2 weeks for another op. He's back on the transplant list again now though so maybe another kidney will turn up soon. Apart from that life has been pretty much same old, same old.

I guess the most important news is I found out last week that I'm pregnant! Of course we're thrilled after having tried for so long. I had my first antenatal appointment yesterday. I'll be 11 weeks along on Monday and I'm due on August 6th. I've been feeling quite nauseous and tired and have problems with certain smells but am otherwise ok. I can't wait 'til I start showing lol!

Well that's it for now but I'm gonna try and update a bit more this year.
